Norton cannot connect to the server

If Norton programs are not connecting to the server, then the problem may be related to system or outage. To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

  • Close down all the running programs and restart your system.
  • Then go to the windows start button and open settings tab.
  • Go to the system option and click on default apps.
  • In the web browser tab, you need to select the browser that you want to set as default.
  • Now activate the Norton product.
